1. These terms

These terms cover use of mobileupfast.com, run by MobileUpfast, 161 Saha 206, Doha, Qatar. Asking us for a top-up means you accept them.

2. The service

We arrange prepaid credit or a payment toward a postpaid bill for an Ooredoo mobile number in Qatar. We are not the mobile operator. Plans, bundles, and the state of the line stay with the operator.

3. A request

• You provide a Qatar mobile number, an amount in QAR, and the kind of line.
• You are responsible for the number and the amount you give.
• Contacting us does not take a payment. We confirm the request before you pay.

4. Price and payment

The total, including any fee, is named before you pay. You pay by bank card on the payment step. The request is finished only after that payment succeeds.

5. Cancellation and refunds

These follow the refund page.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for fraud, pay with a card you have no right to use, or interfere with the website. We may refuse a request that looks fraudulent.

7. Liability

We take care to confirm requests and pass them on. We are not responsible for delays caused by the mobile network, a bank, or anything outside our control, or for credit sent to a number you gave incorrectly.

8. Names

Ooredoo belongs to its owner. It is used here only to describe the numbers we can help with.

9. Updates and law

These terms may be updated. The date above is the current version. They are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
