Call, email, or send a WhatsApp message. The top-up page lists the same three ways.

You name the line and the amount
Give the 8-digit Ooredoo number in Qatar, say prepaid or bill, and name the amount in QAR.

We confirm the total
The number and the amount are repeated. Any fee sits inside that total. You can stop here, before payment, at no charge.

You pay, then the credit is processed
Payment happens on the next step. When it succeeds, the credit or the bill payment is processed. We reply within one working day.
